Many AV companies are taking advantage of the new normal of the gig economy to make their solutions available to international clients.

The quality of your AV project’s finished product depends on communication.

Just think about all the aspects of your project that are affected by poor communication and you’ll understand what we’re getting at. No regular updates from freelancers means you lack vital information you need to present to clients and assure their continued buy-in at each major stage of your project. Not to mention, your company is in the dark about whether it’s on track for project completion and whether it’s being completed according to industry standards.

No communication also means late invoicing and arguments over overpriced quotes for work you’re not even sure was adequately installed. To put it more precisely, lack of communication means more headaches for you in terms of overall administration of an AV project.


Your Company’s Reputation Is at Stake

Ultimately, you must make sure you have the right staff for your audio visual integration projects. If you don’t, it can result in projects that reflect poorly on your company’s reputation.

Do you want to be known as the company that delivered an AV system in a way that was inadequate, unprofessional, and unsafe? Do you want to be known as the company that was constantly at odds with its unqualified onsite workers? Just as accomplished AV systems are made possible by ensuring interoperability between all its individual components, your company must ensure it’s working in concert with its technicians.
